In Tribe, a workout is any live or on-demand class taken by a member. A workout credit will only be deducted if a member stays in a class for more than 3 minutes.
Each plan comes with credits for workouts per month. If all the credits get used before the end of the billing cycle, services to your members will not be stopped. Instead, a pay-per-use fee as low as 8 cents per workout will be applied.
Our online Support Center is updated regularly and provides online walkthroughs of each feature. If you need additional support, our Technical Support team is available via chat Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm Central. Alternatively, your dedicated Partner Success Manager is available to find ways we can support you better.
